Regional Sales Manager
Refuah Innovation Therapeutics (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the Gynae & Paeds Division in Faisalabad.
Salary Package: up to PKR 120,000 (negotiable based on experience, qualifications and suitability).
Requirements: minimum BA / B.Com (MBA preferred); 10–12 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical / Nutraceutical Sales, preferably in the Gynae & Paeds segment; strong pharma sales background with leadership of field operations.
Responsibilities: lead regional sales operations; develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets; drive business growth and market presence; build relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders; monitor team performance.
