What is MrJobs?

MrJobs is a free job board for Medical Representative, Territory Manager and Area Manager positions in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry. Listings come from hiring announcements shared by pharmaceutical companies, and every listing links you straight to the employer on WhatsApp.

Who runs MrJobs?

MrJobs is run by Sufyan Aura, a working pharmaceutical sales professional based in Faisalabad. The board grew out of a familiar problem: genuine pharma vacancies circulate in closed WhatsApp groups and word of mouth, and good candidates outside those circles never see them. MrJobs puts those openings in one public place, where any candidate can find them and apply directly — no agents, no fees, no middlemen.

How vacancies are collected and checked

Vacancies reach MrJobs through hiring managers, company announcements, and pharma vacancy groups, and employers can also submit an opening through this site. Before a listing is published it is checked for the essentials: a named company, a real role, a city, and a working contact. The same vacancy sent twice is merged instead of duplicated, and when an employer re-shares an opening, the existing listing is refreshed rather than posted again. Every listing carries its posting date and expires automatically after 28 days, so the board shows live openings — not an archive of dead ones. Older listings move to the Expired Jobs page for reference.

MrJobs covers Pakistan only. New listings are added in daily batches as they arrive, and a weekly email digest and WhatsApp channel carry the newest openings to subscribers who do not want to check the board every day.

How to apply

  1. Browse the listings on the home page, or search by title, company or city.
  2. Tap Apply Now on any listing.
  3. WhatsApp opens with the employer’s number — send your CV directly.
Good to know: listings are published as shared by the hiring companies. Always confirm the role, location and package with the employer before applying — and never pay anyone for a job offer.

For employers

Posting a vacancy on MrJobs is free. Use the hiring form on the home page or the contact page and include the company name, designation, city, requirements, and a WhatsApp number for applications. Listings are reviewed before publishing — the same checks described above — and normally appear in the next daily batch.
